Postage & Packing

All orders will be posted within 2 days of us receiving your order. All parts listed are kept in stock and are ready to be packed and dispatched.

Bikes: Bicycles are built, then re-boxed for sending so minimal assembly is done at your end. Usually just fitting the front wheel, handlebars, seat and pedals. For some bikes; like BMX's, there will be more parts to fit such as stunt pegs. We will use Parcel Force 48 hour delivery service to anywhere in the UK. Used for all orders containing a complete bicycle or very large bulky packages. Signature required on delivery.

Small Parts: Royal Mail 1st Class Post/Recorded service to anywhere in the UK. Used for all orders of smaller parts. If you need parts to be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery then please call us on 01462 631555 or email us at Cycledealia@yahoo.co.uk.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item, return it to us within seven days for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be UNUSED or UNWORN (This is in addition to your statutory rights). Please note that we do not pay the cost of return postage, products returned must be properly packaged and sent fully pre-paid to our address. When sending your return please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE from your Post office as you will have to produce it in case of a loss.

Cancelling Your Order

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please call or email us before 2:00pm the same day (or next day if you order after shop closing times) so that we have time to cancel the order before dispatch. If the item has already been dispatched then you can refuse the item upon delivery or pay the return postage to us if you have received the item already.
